This is a comprehensive 8-week program covering diet, rest, exercise and stress reduction.

  • Learn how to stabilize your blood sugar, and eat in a way that is best for your health.

  • Discover how to balance your diet with good proteins, fats and carbs and how to choose the best versions of each for optimal health.

  • We’ll talk about the origins and misconceptions of certain health crazes around cholesterol, low fat diets, low calorie diets, etc. We’ll also discuss sleep patterns, minerals and hydration.

  • We’ll look at removing interferences in the diet, and why certain foods can challenge us in our health goals. You’ll feel the results, and we’ll test in real-time as well to see what is happening.

  • You’ll receive customized support instead of generalized recommendations.

This program is about reducing overall body fat while maintaining lean muscle mass. Take a look at our before and after photos to see the results that speak for themselves!

Get Real Results!

We believe exercise is a celebration for what the body can do, and not a punishment for what you ate. Adding personal training is a great way to truly achieve optimal results with this program.

Program Overview
8 Weeks of support including :

  • Two (2) 60 minute 1:1 sessions (first and last).

  • Six (6) 30 minute check in (live or online) sessions to review your food journal, and provide education and support.

NOTE : We also suggest lab, mineral and hair testing to identify hidden stressors and healing opportunities.


Alvaro Campos on our team is trained in Functional Medicine, and can support you on both how to order the tests and looking at the results.

The cost for lab testing is not included in this program.

Personal Fitness Training

To achieve optimal results, we recommend fitness training at least twice a week as part of the 8 week program.

Each person is unique, and our team of highly skilled trainers can help you to reach your fitness goals.
