Our well-rounded approach takes into consideration all aspects of your life when assessing and designing a program.

We understand how to help you achieve your goals - in particular when there are difficult obstacles that may hinder progress.

01 — Personal Training

Your first session includes a full comprehensive assessment of core strength, mobility, stability, motor control, strength and balance.

Together we’ll create exercise strategies and design a program that is highly effective and avoids injuries. We like to teach workouts that are progressive, fun and inspiring with an emphasis on proper alignment and form. We’ll cover flexibility, stability, mobility and core work to create a foundation for optimal strength and power. We also teach corrective exercises if you have long-term patterns or injuries as well as strength-building and conditioning and sports performance.

02 — Program Design

Let us design a custom made Program for you. We will do a full physical assessment and design the Program specifically around your goals and also the findings in our assessment.

Your program can be designed around the availability of any kind of equipment or simply body weight if no equipment is available. The details of the program include sets, reps, intensity, volume and rest. Your program may involve Corrective Exercises if required.

Typically it takes 3-5 sessions to grasp all the components.

03 — Corrective Exercise

Corrective exercise plays a pivotal role in addressing various musculoskeletal imbalances, such as pain, flexibility issues, misalignments, and discomfort. Each person is unique, and so their corrective exercise programs should be too; it's never a one-size-fits-all approach. By tailoring personalized exercises to individual needs, corrective exercise aims to restore proper movement patterns and alleviate pain associated with muscular imbalances. Focusing on flexibility enhances joint mobility, reducing stiffness and promoting a more fluid range of motion. Aligning the body correctly not only prevents injuries but also improves overall posture. The individualized nature of these exercises ensures that they are effective and specifically catered to each person's requirements.

What People Say

“Ronan goes way beyond strength training. He works on your core, posture and flexibility. He is extremely observant and will notice things about you and the way you move and then incorporate it into your workout. He has a way of pushing you gently and firmly to constantly improve your condition.”

— Tom

Rick has been my trainer and nutrition/functional medicine coach for several years. I have found Rick to be extremely knowledgeable as well as patient with his clients. Rick has the ability to explain complex ideas regarding diet and nutrition in ways that make sense to his clients and
he designs practical, science-based programs that work.

- David Caditz Ph.D.

“I have had chronic pain for years, and Ronan has really helped me to understand and address the various issues that have been affecting my back health. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. I cannot recommend him enough.”

— Sean

“I really needed help unlocking my back from my desk job and establishing a real routine. Gabriel listened to my list of aches, pains and weaknesses, then challenged me to do a little more each time, plus homework... He helped me integrate what I already knew, with what he knew I had to add, to achieve my goals. By the end of 10 sessions I have renewed vigor and the skill to hold myself accountable, and have fun staying fit. Thanks!”

- Liz J.

Ronan has helped me build strength and confidence in my body’s ability to deal with external stressors, whether it is a heavy load to lift, unexpected challenges to my balance, or any number of situations that may arise for someone in their seventies.

Ronan is an exceptional teacher, the kind who keeps inquiring and learning himself so that he is never bored or boring. Upbeat and encouraging, Ronan makes sure that the workout he has designed for one is always appropriate, challenging AND enjoyable.”

— Margaret

I struggled with chronic eczema for several years, and it was really starting to affect my quality of life. I was using steroid creams every few days to try and keep it under control, but it never actually went away.

Working with Rick was a great experience. After filling out a few questionnaires, he decided he needed more information because the root cause of the eczema was likely a problem with my digestive system.

After a few months of following Rick’s diet and lifestyle recommendations, my eczema started to clear up. When I first met Rick, I couldn’t go more than three days without using steroid creams. Now my eczema is gone and I don’t need the creams at all. Its been over six months
and it’s no longer a problem for me.

- Krista R.

“While on Jennifer’s golf fitness program my game has developed to scratch. From her in-depth assessments to the introduction of a customized golf warmup, Jennifer has allowed me to reach new benchmarks of success on my golf journey.”

— Mike

“I went to a handful of trainers to try them out and see who I liked best. I have a lot of back problems, and I was immediately impressed with the way Sergio took note of this and really went out of his way to watch my back, movement, etc and protect it. But not only was he protecting it and deciding our work outs based on it, but he was also reading my body and looking into why certain things hurt it. A few months with him and my back was feeling stronger than ever.”

— Robin

“Sergio is extremely knowledgable and PASSIONATE about what he does. He has a genuine desire to see his clients improve not only physically, but mentally as well. There are a lot of "good" trainers, but his genuine concern for your whole body self-improvement, and his passion for what he does, sets him apart.“

— Suzi

“I have been training with Gabriel for about 7 years. He is a great trainer, very thoughtful and careful - I’ve never been injured on his watch. He is also organized, professional, reliable, communicative and flexible. I cannot say enough positive things about him. He takes his job very seriously, cares about his clients and puts a lot of thought into our workouts. He is also a genuinely nice person, easy to talk to, and spending an hour working out and chatting with him always improves my day.”

— Melissa

“Jennifer specializes in golfers and she knows her stuff. She’s a TPI-certified trainer and honestly, she gets it. Bad back? She knows what to do. You want more distance? You’ve come to the right place. This has changed my swing and even my understanding of my swing and what I’m trying to accomplish.”

— Mark

“Sergio is quite simply the best trainer and best partner in fitness you could hope for. He is vastly knowledgeable, calm, kind, and totally directed. He always makes you feel like you CAN do it - whatever "it" might be - and clearly expects you to just get in there and get it done. And though I sometimes have to dig way deep, there's always so much satisfaction in discovering that Sergio is right, again.”

— Bridget

“Sergio has a unique combination of nutrition expertise and workout knowledge. He constantly varies the workouts which was critical to my success. In addition the workouts are tailored to you and your needs.”

— Christina

“I can’t say enough positive things about Leap and my experience training with Gabriel (though I’ve had sessions with all of their trainers and all are great). I’m currently seven months pregnant and have been training with Gabriel since month two. In many ways, I feel better and stronger than I did before I was pregnant. Like I said, I’m 7 months along and have zero aches and pains—no back pain whatsoever and I work long hours at a desk all day. Before working with Gabriel, I had much worse posture, constant back/shoulder pain, and I wasn’t even pregnant. I chose Leap because they had trainers capable of taking me through my pregnancy, but I will 100% be returning post partum. I wish I’d discovered them sooner!.”
